A career shaped by growth
Before joining Satelix, Laëtitia experienced first-hand a major transformation: a small business of 30 employees that, over twenty years, grew into a multi-brand industrial group of 300 people.

Evolution, structuring, increasing maturity… She learned that periods of transformation are genuine opportunities — when they are properly supported. A dynamic that strongly echoes Satelix’s current growth.
Over the years, she has developed strong skills in sales management, customer relations, retention, prospecting and negotiation. She has also led large-scale events, contributing to business development and strengthening brand awareness.

Internally, she implements practical actions to continuously improve service quality. At Satelix, customer relations are a collective effort — and she is one of its key pillars.
