Mathieu’s career path
Can you tell us about your journey at Satelix?
“I’m about to wrap up my 23rd year at Satelix! I started as a software developer, then moved into a consultant and trainer role, and eventually became Head of the Integration Department.”
His daily life at Satelix…
What does your role as Head of Integration involve?
“My team and I are responsible for the deployment of Satelix WMS solutions at client sites. On a day-to-day basis, I’m regularly in touch with consultants—mainly through phone calls or video meetings—to support them during installation and rollout phases.”
What do you enjoy most about your job?
“Explaining things! I enjoy training new colleagues on our tools and also helping solve client issues. That’s what keeps me passionate about this role.”
Any morning rituals at the office?
“Definitely the morning coffee with colleagues! Conversations around the coffee machine are often just as insightful as formal meetings.”

“Availability, I’d say. I try to always be there for my team—whether it’s for technical support or organisational matters.”
Your best memory at Satelix?
“There are many! But I’d say stepping into my current role—it was a significant milestone in my career.”
