Who is Stéphane, our Information Systems Manager?
At Satelix, a WMS software provider for SMEs, Stéphane is the technical backbone of the company. With over 30 years of experience in IT, he now holds the position of Information Systems Manager (ISM)—a strategic and cross-functional role that includes infrastructure supervision, IT security, user support, and project management.
His mission? Ensuring the availability, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s information systems to meet operational needs.

A day in the life of an Information Systems Manager
Stéphane starts each day by checking backups, reviewing alerts and incidents, and setting his priorities accordingly. Once urgent matters are resolved, he shifts focus to strategic projects that shape the digital future of Satelix—driven by agility, responsiveness, and performance.
